Terminal 4 is dedicated to Kuwait Airways and is designed to provide a smoother travel experience for passengers departing, arriving, or transferring through T4. Passengers who require special assistance should inform Kuwait Airways in advance so the correct support can be arranged before travel. Kuwait Airways states that Terminal 4 is dedicated exclusively to Kuwait Airways and supports a more streamlined ground experience for its passengers.
Special assistance may include wheelchair support, help moving through the airport, assistance during check-in, passport control, security procedures, boarding, arrival formalities, baggage claim, or support for passengers with medical or mobility needs.

Wheelchair Assistance
Wheelchair assistance is available for passengers who need help moving through the airport. Kuwait Airways lists three wheelchair categories:
WCHR – Wheelchair for ramp: for passengers who can use stairs and reach their seat but need help covering longer distances.
WCHS – Wheelchair for steps: for passengers who cannot go up or down stairs but can reach their cabin seat.
WCHC – Wheelchair to cabin seat: for passengers who are completely immobile and require assistance to and from the aircraft seat.
Kuwait Airways states that wheelchairs are not charged, and passengers are encouraged to contact the airline before departure where possible so their needs can be served properly.

Medical Assistance
Passengers who need medical support during travel should contact Kuwait Airways before departure. This includes passengers requiring medical oxygen, a stretcher, incubator, CPAP, POC, respirator, ventilator, or other medical arrangements.
Kuwait Airways requires advance notice for certain medical services: 72 hours for medical oxygen, 48 hours for respirator/ventilator/POC/CPAP, 48 hours for incubator carriage, and 48 hours for stretcher travel.
Passengers should carry all required medical certificates, approvals, prescriptions, vaccination documents, and destination-related health documents.

Departure Assistance at T4
Passengers requiring assistance should arrive early at Terminal 4 and proceed to the Kuwait Airways check-in area. Airline staff can guide passengers through check-in, baggage formalities, passport control, security procedures, and boarding support where arranged.
Kuwait Airways states that its special service unit assists specially disabled passengers, including deaf, mute, blind, and other passengers, with passport control procedures and check-in.

Transfer Assistance at T4

Passengers with Visual Disabilities
Passengers with visual disabilities may request airport assistance through Kuwait Airways. Kuwait Airways states that visually impaired passengers may require airport assistance and that blind passengers can travel unescorted or with a seeing-eye dog, subject to airline requirements. If travelling with a seeing-eye dog, passengers must give sufficient notice and carry the required vaccination certificates.

Optional Maraheb Services at T4
For passengers who want additional guided airport support, Maraheb Services are available through Kuwait Airways at Kuwait International Airport, including T4. Kuwait Airways lists Maraheb services for T1 and T4, with arrival meet and assist, departure meet and assist, departure fast track, and Al Mubarakiya Lounge at T4.
This is an optional paid service and should be presented separately from standard disability or medical assistance.
