Premium travelers departing, arriving, or transferring through Terminal 4 can enjoy a smoother and more comfortable airport experience. Terminal 4 at Kuwait International Airport is dedicated exclusively to Kuwait Airways, allowing the airline to provide a more streamlined ground journey for its passengers. Kuwait Airways states that T4 helps improve the pre-boarding, boarding, check-in, and transfer experience.

Kuwait Airways Premium Passengers

Departures

Premium passengers should proceed to the designated Kuwait Airways premium check-in area when arriving at Terminal 4. Kuwait Airways states that Business and First Class passengers receive a premium area for check-in, along with enhanced baggage allowance compared with Economy Class.

Home Check-In for Royal Class

Kuwait Airways offers a Home Check-In service in Kuwait for Royal Class passengers travelling on Kuwait Airways flights, except New York / JFK and USA flights. This service allows eligible passengers to check in from home and reduce waiting time at airport check-in zones. Kuwait Airways states that the service must be booked through the website or mobile app at least 48 hours before departure.

Transfers

Premium passengers transferring through Terminal 4 should follow the signs for Transfers / Transit after leaving the aircraft. If assistance is needed, passengers can approach the nearest information desk, transfer counter, or Kuwait Airways representative.

Meet & Assist Services

Passengers who want additional comfort and support may book airport assistance services. These services can help with arrival, departure, or transfer formalities, including guidance through the airport, immigration support where available, lounge access in selected packages, and assistance up to the boarding gate.

Maraheb Services are available at Kuwait International Airport in the arrival and departure halls, with packages for arrival, departure, visa assistance, lounge use, and meet-and-assist support.

Check-In Timing Reminder

Premium passengers should still arrive early and follow official check-in timings. Kuwait Airways lists Kuwait check-in opening at 4 hours before scheduled departure, with check-in closing 1 hour before departure for most flights and 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for JFK flights. Early check-in may be available for passengers arriving 12 hours before scheduled departure, except JFK, to reduce congestion at T4.
