Terminal 4 offers passengers convenient ground transport options to continue their journey after arrival or reach the airport before departure. Whether you prefer an airport taxi, public bus, private pickup, or another transport option, please follow the signs in the terminal or ask the nearest information desk for assistance.
After arriving at Terminal 4, passengers should complete passport control, collect their baggage, pass through customs, and then proceed to the public arrivals area for onward transport.

Airport Taxis
Airport taxis provide a convenient way to travel from Terminal 4 to destinations across Kuwait. After completing arrival procedures, follow the Taxi signs toward the airport taxi area or ask an airport staff member for guidance.
For your safety and convenience, passengers are advised to use official airport taxi services and avoid accepting transport offers from unauthorized individuals inside or outside the terminal.
Taxi Fare Zones
Airport taxi fares are organized by destination area. Published airport taxi fares range from 4 KD for nearby airport areas such as Dajeej / Air Cargo, up to 20 KD for farther destinations such as Abdali, Salmi, Nuwaiseeb, and Subiya. Hiring a Taxi
When hiring an airport taxi:
Follow the taxi signs from the arrivals area.
Confirm your destination before starting the journey.
Check the fare or fare zone before departure.
Keep your baggage with you until it is loaded into the taxi.
Use official airport taxi services only.
Ask airport staff for assistance if you are unsure where to go.
If you are travelling with large baggage, children, elderly passengers, or passengers requiring assistance, please inform the taxi coordinator or airport staff so they can guide you to the most suitable option.
Public Buses
Public buses provide a low-cost transport option from Kuwait International Airport to selected areas in Kuwait. Bus services are operated by Kuwait Public Transport Company and serve the airport through selected routes.
The airport’s published transport information lists 21 buses operating during the day, with service hours from 04:30 to 23:45. The listed operating bus routes are 13, 99, and 501.

Published airport bus fares are 250 fils for Routes 13 and 501, and 250 fils or 300 fils for Route 99, depending on the trip.

Airport taxis are usually more suitable if you have several bags, are travelling with family, need direct transport, or are arriving late.
Public buses are a more economical option if your destination is close to one of the available routes and you are travelling with light baggage.
Passengers can also use other available transport options from Terminal 4, including private pickup, limousine services, and car rental services.
