Kuwait International Airport is served by public bus routes operated by Kuwait Public Transport Company. Current airport transport information lists 21 buses operating during the day, with service hours from 04:30 to 23:45. The operating airport bus lines are 13, 99, and 501.

Bus services are a convenient option for passengers travelling with light baggage and heading to areas served by the available routes.

Line 13 connects the airport with areas including Khaitan, Airport Road, Shuwaikh Residential, Jamal Abdul Nasser Street, and the Sheraton area.

Line 99

Line 99 connects the airport with areas including Abbasiya, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Hasawi, Mohammed Bin Al-Qasim Road, Farwaniya, Khaitan, Civil ID / South Surra, and Subhan.

Line 501

Line 501 connects the airport with areas including Farwaniya, Omariya, Rabiya, Mohammed Bin Al-Qasim Road, and Riggae.
